Jana Yates, MSN, FNP-C

Jana Yates, MSN, FNP-C, is a compassionate and experienced family nurse practitioner who is dedicated to caring for patients of all ages. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Mercer University, her Master of Science in Nursing from Augusta University and Family Nurse Practitioner Post Master's Certificate from the University of Alabama.

Before joining Mercer Medicine, Jana built a broad base of experience in nursing, working in family medicine, OB/GYN, pediatrics and urgent care. These experiences shaped her passion for providing high-quality, personalized care and deepened her love for supporting patients through every stage of life. Jana especially values the opportunity to care for entire families, often forming long-lasting connections with the people she serves.

Outside of work, Jana treasures time with her husband and their three children. Together, they are active in their church community and enjoy spending time outdoors or traveling as a family.
