Privia Health is a physician network focused on providing quality, modern, and coordinated patient care. With the additional tools provided by Privia, Mercer Medicine will be able to improve your patient experience and equip you with enhanced control over your healthcare.  

What does this mean for you? The Mercer Medicine team will continue to oversee and operate our practice, while also accepting the same insurance and maintaining our locations.

How do I pay my bills online?

• If your appointment was prior to April 29, 2024, view your records and settle your bills via your Healow Portal. 
• For any appointments or procedures scheduled after April 29, 2024, you can view and pay your bill online through our new Privia Health Patient Portal. If you have questions about your bill, please call 888-774-8428. 

Be on the lookout for messages from Privia inviting you to sign up for the new patient portal, complete new patient paperwork, and learn more about staying connected with your care team.
