Mercer Medicine is a comprehensive practice offering a number of in-house medical lab and imaging services. We use the latest equipment for these services. Some of these services include:

CT scanning:

Our low-dose CT scanner is used to see all parts of the body and diagnose medical issues and prescribe effective treatment. Low-dose CT scans are the recommended screening for lung cancer early detection (Source).

Bone density scanning:

This scan is typically used to measure any bone loss and diagnose osteopetrosis and similar bone and joint conditions.

This test uses sound waves to capture images of your heart and diagnose medical conditions.

In-house lab:

Our in-house lab is capable of running a number of blood tests and diagnosing a wide variety of conditions including COVID-19.

Nuclear imaging:

This scan uses a small amount of radiation to visualize your body’s systems and diagnose conditions.

Pulmonary function test:

This exam is used to determine how efficiently your lungs work. The results provide valuable information to help your doctor make an accurate diagnosis.

This is a common imaging service used to diagnose everything from broken bones to pneumonia.

Why Choose Us for Medical Labs?

All of our lab and imaging services are offered in the same location we offer primary care services. This saves you time and prevents you from having to drive to another facility for these services. Many times, we can schedule your lab and imaging test on the same day as your visit to our primary care doctor or specialist.
